Terms & Conditions：

1. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, from today onwards till stock lasts (“Promotion Period”), adiClub Members may receive an adidas Originals Laptop Sleeve (“adidas Laptop Sleeve”) upon a net spending of HK$1,300 at selected adidas stores.

2. The Promotion is offered by adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”).

3. The Promotion applies to purchases of both regular-priced and discounted adidas products, but does not apply to accessories, socks, special or limited-edition products and selected ranges of products.

4. Members will be required to present his/her valid adiClub ID upon checkout in order to enjoy this promotion.

5. The adidas Laptop Sleeve is subject to availability on a first-come first-served basis.

6. No exchange or refund is allowed for the adidas Laptop Sleeve. 

7. This promotion is subject to the terms of sale of the adidas stores, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, including but not limited to staff discount, adiClub offers, coupons and/or promotional codes (unless otherwise specified).

8. This Promotion applies to spending in a single transaction only and is not applicable to accumulated transactions.

9. No exchange or refund is allowed for products purchased under this promotion unless the product meets the conditions for return / exchange due to quality issues.

10. If any products are returned due to quality issues, leading to the total consumption falling below the required threshold under the Promotion, we shall be entitled to require customers to return the adidas Laptop Sleeve. If the adidas Laptop Sleeve cannot be returned due to any reasons, we shall have the right to require customers to pay for the adidas Laptop Sleeve according to the retail price indicated by us.

11. Images of the adidas Laptop Sleeve shown in marketing materials for the Promotion are for reference only.

12. adidas may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Promotion and/or withdraw or terminate the Promotion without prior notice. 

13. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. In case of any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
