Terms & Conditions：

1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, from today until stocks last (the “Promotion Period”), adiClub members (“Members”) who purchase two (2) or more eligible items in a single transaction at selected adidas stores, on the adidas official website, or via the adidas mobile app, including at least one 2026 FIFA World Cup Home or Away Adult Jersey, will be entitled to receive one (1) complimentary adidas football key chain (the “Key Chain”), while stocks last.

2. Eligible 2026 FIFA World Cup Home or Away Adult Jerseys include replica, authentic and bring-back versions. Socks and accessories are excluded and shall not count towards satisfying the purchase requirement under this Promotion.

3. This Promotion applies only to selected adidas-branded stores in Hong Kong designated by adidas from time to time, including stores operated by adidas and participating stores operated by adidas franchisees, as well as the adidas official website and the adidas mobile app, unless otherwise specified by adidas.

4. To enjoy this Promotion, Members must present a valid adiClub ID or log in as an adiClub member at checkout.

5. The Key Chain is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

6. The Key Chain is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

7. This Promotion is subject to the applicable terms of sale of the relevant point of purchase (including, where applicable, the terms of sale of the relevant adidas franchisee-operated store) and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, coupon and/or promotional code, including but not limited to staff discount and adiClub offers, unless otherwise specified by adidas.

8. This Promotion applies to spending in a single transaction only and is not applicable to accumulated transactions.

9. Products purchased under this Promotion are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they satisfy the applicable conditions for return or exchange due to quality issues.

10. If any product is returned due to quality issues and, as a result, the total purchase no longer meets the requirements of this Promotion, adidas shall be entitled to require the customer to return the Key Chain. If the Key Chain cannot be returned for any reason, adidas shall have the right to require the customer to pay for the Key Chain at the retail price specified by adidas.

11. Any images of the Key Chain shown in promotional or marketing materials are for reference only.

12. adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”) reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Promotion, or to suspend, withdraw or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, where this Promotion is made available at a participating adidas franchisee-operated store, the sale transaction shall remain subject to the applicable terms and conditions of sale of the relevant franchisee-operated store.

13. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. In case of any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant purchase is made, provided that, where the purchase is made through the adidas official online store or the adidas app, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
