Hong Kong – Expected Delivery Time​

Commercial and residential areas: 1-5 business days
Outlying island areas: 3-6 business days
For individual outlying island delivery services please refer to the following information:
Lamma Island: Tuesdays and Fridays
Cheung Chau: Mondays and Thursdays
Peng Chau: Wednesdays and Saturdays

Macau – Expected Delivery Time​​

Macau areas: 4-7 business days

During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than your used to. Business days mean any days which exclude Sundays and public holidays and any days on which a tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued in Hong Kong or bad weather warning of similar effect is issued in Macau at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.​

In addition, please be aware that scheduled delivery is not available.​ Changes in shipping address will not be accepted after the order is confirmed.

The delivery lead time of your order might be impacted due to, including but not limited to, the following reasons and our customer service will notify you as soon as possible:​

• Bad weather conditions​

• During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected

• When the delivery address provided is wrong or incomplete

If one or more items of your order are out of stock, our Customer Service team will contact you and proceed with the subsequent cancellation of your order and the refund process.

If we are unable to contact you for two consecutive delivery attempts, your order will automatically be cancelled, and your payment will be refunded to your account.​

Check the status of your order via the 'Order Tracker' page. All you need is your order number and mobile number. Track your parcel by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email. This would be sent as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can find your order number in your order history or in the email we sent you to confirm the order.

There are a few reasons that can keep us from being able to ship your order. Here are a few possible causes:

The product(s) you ordered are out of stock.
You live in a remote area, and we cannot deliver there.
You specified a PO box as your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
A payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order.

If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please contact us and we'll help you with the return and refund process. If you received a product that's the wrong size, you can return the product to us and re-order at our Online Shop.
