Terms and Conditions:

1. From 8 May 2026 to 17 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), eligible participants may redeem one (1) Finisher Patch and one (1) HK$100 Discount Voucher, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. This promotion is organised by adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas” or the “Organizer”).

3. This promotion is valid during the Promotion Period, or while stocks last, whichever is earlier.

4. To be eligible for this promotion, a participant must:

   (a)    be a valid adiClub member; and

   (b)    present, at a participating adidas store listed in Schedule 1 below:

   (i)    proof of completion of a hybrid fitness race completed in Hong Kong in 2026; and
   (ii)    his/her valid adiClub membership.

5. Participants must ensure that any proof of completion presented for redemption is genuine and lawfully obtained. adidas and/or the relevant participating store may refuse redemption if, in its reasonable opinion, the proof presented is incomplete, altered, illegible, suspicious, or otherwise insufficient for the purposes of this promotion.

6. Eligible participants may redeem, free of charge, the following at participating adidas stores during the Promotion Period:

   (a)    one (1) Finisher Patch; and
   (b)    one (1) HK$100 Discount Voucher.

7. Each adiClub member may redeem the above offer once only during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of race results.

8. This promotion is available only at participating adidas stores listed in Schedule 1 below. Certain participating stores may be operated by adidas’ authorised franchisee. Redemption at such stores shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable store operational requirements.

9. The total quantity of Finisher Patches available for public redemption under this promotion is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

10. Redemption is subject to stock availability at each participating store. No reservation, transfer, exchange or replacement of the Finisher Patch or HK$100 Discount Voucher is allowed.

11. The HK$100 Discount Voucher is valid for use from 8 May 2026 to 24 May 2026, both dates inclusive, upon a single net purchase of HK$500 or above. The voucher may only be used at the same participating store at which it was redeemed. Use of the HK$100 Discount Voucher is subject to the detailed terms and conditions stated on the voucher.

12. The Finisher Patch is offered on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, store credit, other products, services, privileges or benefits, except at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

13. For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is organised solely by adidas. Any reference to a “hybrid fitness race” is used solely as a generic eligibility criterion.

14. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer, its affiliates and authorised franchisees shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by any participant arising from or in connection with this promotion, the redemption process, the use or inability to use any voucher, or any inability to participate in or redeem the offer.

15. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion or these Terms and Conditions.

16. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

18. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
