Terms & Conditions：

1. From 26 September 2025 to 8 October 2025 (both days inclusive), customers can enjoy 1 free product when purchasing 2 selected regular-priced and discounted products at the official online store of adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”) at https://www.adidas.com.hk (“Online Store”).

2. This offer is subject to availability, adidas reserves the right to suspend, vary and terminate any aspect of this offer without prior notice in its absolute and sole discretion.

3. This offer applies to spending in a single order only and is not applicable to accumulated purchases from multiple orders.

4. This offer is only applicable to selected regular-priced and discounted products at the Online Store (excluding special and limited-edition products and selected ranges of products). 

5. The additional discount on the selected discounted products shall be calculated based on the original discounted price.

6. No exchange or refund is allowed for all products purchased under this offer unless the product meets the conditions for “return / exchange with quality issues” as specified in the Online Store.

7. For every three (3) selected products purchased by a customer in a single transaction, the third item will be free. If more than three items are purchased, every third item thereafter (i.e., the 3rd, 6th, 9th, etc.) will be free. Free items will be determined in sequence based on the listed price of all products in the transaction, starting from the highest-priced item to the lowest.

8. If (i) refund is requested due to quality problems with any purchased products and (ii) the defective product was bought together with other product(s) to meet the minimum threshold for this Promotion, adidas shall be entitled to deduct from the refund amount an amount equivalent to the difference between the original price of the remaining product(s) before applying the Promotion and the actual amount paid by the customer in respect of the remaining product(s) . If such amount exceeds the original of the defective product, no refund shall be provided, however customer shall still be entitled to request for an exchange of product.

9. This offer is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the Online Store (including its privacy policy), and unless otherwise specified, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, including but not limited to staff discount, adiClub offers and/or other e-coupons/promotional codes.

10. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part.

11. This offer cannot be used to purchase products for resale. adidas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if any suspected resale activities are found.

12. adidas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

13. In case of any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.

14. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Hong Kong law.

2. This offer is subject to availability, adidas reserves the right to suspend, vary and terminate any aspect of this offer without prior notice in its absolute and sole discretion.
