Terms & Conditions：

1. Customers are entitled to a 20% discount upon purchase of two selected items in a single transaction. Additionally, customers who spend HKD/MOP $1,500 or more in a single transaction under this promotion will receive an extra HKD/MOP $100 discount. This promotion is effective from 27 March 2026 until 7 April 2026 until further notice.

2. This promotion is subject to availability. adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”) or its franchisee store operator (as applicable) reserves the sole and absolute discretion to suspend, amend, or terminate any part of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. This promotion applies to single orders only. Accumulated orders will not be eligible.

4. This promotion is applicable to selected regular-priced items only. Special editions and designated collections are excluded.

5. Products purchased under this promotion that do not have quality issues are not eligible for order cancellation, exchange, or refund.

6. If a customer requests a refund due to product quality issues, and the remaining items were originally purchased to meet the minimum spending threshold of this promotion, adidas or its franchisee store operator (as applicable) reserves the right to deduct from the refund an amount equivalent to the difference between the original price of the remaining items (without the promotion) and the actual amount paid by the customer.

7. This promotion is subject to store terms of sale and cannot be used in conjunction with certain other promotions, including but not limited to employee discounts, adiClub offers, and/or other e-vouchers/promo codes (unless otherwise specified).

8. This promotion is for personal consumption only. adidas or its franchisee store operator (as applicable) reserves the right to reject any transaction suspected to be bulk or resale in nature.

9. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

10. If this promotion is offered in the Macao Special Administrative Region, all prices, minimum spend thresholds, discounts, and settlement amounts shall be calculated and charged in Macanese Pataca (MOP); if it is offered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, they shall be calculated and charged in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). Where promotional materials or price displays indicate amounts in both HKD and MOP, the final settlement currency shall be the local legal tender of the place of transaction.

11. Discounted prices will be rounded to the nearest whole number, where applicable.

12. adidas or its franchisee store operator (as applicable) reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. In case of any dispute, adidas or its franchisee store operator (as applicable) reserves the right of final decision.

14. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the promotion is offered.
