Step 1: Join as a member/log in

You need to log in to the account you have created in the adidas Hong Kong official online store in order to place an order. Please click [Login] in the upper right corner of the homepage of the website to enter the registration/login page, fill in the relevant information and log in to your account. You can also log in to your account after adding your favourite products into the shopping bag,

If you have not yet created an account, please fill in the relevant information, read and tick the 《Terms & Conditions》and 《Privacy Policy》, then click [Join] to complete the registration.

Remarks:

Please read our 《Terms & Conditions》 and 《Privacy Policy》。If you have any questions, you can contact us; if you choose to continue to register, that means you are fully understand and agree the terms.

Step 2: Selecting the products

You can go to the product category pages or pick your favourite item directly by keyword search.

Step 3: Create an order

After selecting a particular product, please further select the product size, colour, quantity, etc. Upon completion, please click [Checkout Now] to enter the checkout page; you can also click [Add to Shopping Bag], then continue shopping, you will find all your selections by clicking the shopping bag on the top right corner of the page. Click [Checkout Now] to enter the checkout page.

Step 4: Confirm order/submit order

Please fill in your shipping address, select the shipping method, payment method, read, tick and agree to our 《Terms & Conditions》 and 《Privacy Policy》, click [Confirm Order] to submit your order.

Remarks:

1. 《Terms & Conditions》、《Privacy Policy》、《Delivery Rules》 and 《Return Policy》are part of all orders. Please make sure you read them through carefully and agree to all the terms.

If you have any questions, you can contact us; if you confirm the order, you are deemed to have fully agreed to abide by the above agreements.

2. You have the right to modify the input error before submitting the order. When you submit your order, please be sure to check and confirm the name, price, quantity, model, color, specification, size, contact address, telephone number, delivery details and other information of the purchased product.

Step 5: A valid order (applicable only to consumers)

When the consumer submits the order, upon payment completion, the order is created and become effective.

Remarks:

1. For normal products, please complete the payment within 30 minutes after submitting the order. For the limited editions, please complete the payment within 10 minutes after submitting the order. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the relevant order you have submitted (except for the cash on delivery order).

2. If you are another type of user (such as a business, organization, etc.), please contact us first, the order will not take effect.
