    We are currently having a free shipping on all orders limited time offer.

    The scope of delivery is currently limited to Hong Kong and Macau only.

    EF Locker Pick Up is not be supported.

    International shipping warehouse address will not be accepted.

    If we are unable to contact you for two consecutive delivery, the order will be automatically cancelled and your payment will be refunded to your account.

    Commercial and residentials areas Expected to arrive 1-4 working days;
    The outlying island areas Expected to arrive 3-5 working days.

    For individual outlying island delivery services, please refer to the following information:
    Lamma Island: Tuesday and Friday
    Cheung Chau: Monday and Thursday
    Peng Chau: Wednesday and Saturday

     

    Macau Expected to be delivered within 4-6 business days

     

    After the order is successfully placed, the system will inform you of the estimated delivery date based on the shipping address.

    In addition, please be aware that scheduled delivery is not available.

    Changes in shipping address will not be accepted after the order is confirmed.

    • Pre-sale and some special editions products may not apply to the above delivery lead time, customer service team will inform you accordingly.
