Subject to these Terms and Conditions, from today until 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), adiClub members (“Members”) who purchase at least one eligible 2026 FIFA World Cup Home or Away Adult Jersey at the adidas official online store at https://www.adidas.com.hk and on the adidas App (together, the “Online Store”) in a single transaction will earn a total of 2 Member Points for every HK$1 spent on the total cart amount under the relevant order (“Promotion”).

Eligible products under this Promotion include 2026 FIFA World Cup Home or Away Adult Jerseys in replica, authentic and bring-back versions. Please refer to Appendix A for the eligible article numbers.

Under this Promotion, eligible Members will receive: (a) 1 Member Point for every HK$1 spent under the adiClub membership programme; and (b) 1 additional Member Point for every HK$1 spent under this Promotion, resulting in a total of 2 Member Points for every HK$1 spent on the relevant eligible transaction.

To enjoy this Promotion, Members must log in to their adiClub membership account before completing checkout.

Each Member may enjoy this Promotion once only during the Promotion Period.

Members may earn a maximum of 20,000 additional Member Points under this Promotion. Such additional Member Points are expected to be credited to the relevant adiClub membership account within 1 working day after the relevant order is placed, unless otherwise specified by adidas.

Member Points will be calculated based on the discounted net purchase price actually paid. Any amount less than HK$1 will not be converted into Member Points.

Additional Member Points earned under this Promotion will not count towards the upgrading of a Member’s adiClub membership level.

Any return or refund of products purchased under this Promotion shall be subject to adidas’ applicable return and exchange policy. If any transaction is cancelled, returned or refunded, the corresponding Member Points, including any additional Member Points awarded under this Promotion, will be automatically deducted.

The additional Member Points awarded under this Promotion have no cash value; are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part; and may not be sold, purchased, assigned or transferred to any other adiClub account.

This Promotion applies to purchases made via the Online Store only, and does not apply to purchases made at any physical adidas store or any other sales channel.

Members will be required to login as adiClub member upon checkout to enjoy this promotion.

This Promotion applies to spending in a single transaction only and is not applicable to accumulated transactions.

The Promotion is offered by adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”).

adidas reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Promotion, or to suspend, withdraw or terminate the Promotion, without prior notice.

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

In case of any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
