Terms and Conditions:

1. The “First-time adidas APP Download Promotion” (“Promotion”) includes the below 2 discount e-vouchers:
   
   
   1. HK$400 discount voucher applicable to purchases made at the adidas APP; and
   2. HK$400 discount voucher applicable to purchases made at designated adidas stores (see below for list of applicable stores).



Both vouchers collectively referred to as “Vouchers”.

2. The Vouchers are only applicable to a single net spending of HK$1,000 or above.

3. The Vouchers are only effective from 18 April 2025 until 12 May 2025 at 23:59 (“Promotion Period”).

4. The Promotion is only applicable to:
   
   
   1. existing adiClub members who download the adidas APP for the first time during the Promotion Period; and
   2. new adiClub members who download the adidas APP and successfully register as an adiClub member through the adidas APP during the Promotion Period.

5. Members must redeem the Vouchers by following the steps indicated in the adidas APP.

6. To use the Voucher at adidas APP, adiclub members must (i) log into the adiclub account; and (ii) enter the e-Voucher code before checkout, the respective discount will automatically apply to the final price of the product(s) in the shopping cart.

7. To use the Voucher at adidas stores, adiclub members must (i) inform the shop staff that he/she wishes to use the Voucher by showing the adiclub membership QR code in adidas APP to the shop staff; (ii) allow the shop staff to scan the QR code and select to apply the Voucher, the respective discount will then be applied to the final price of the transaction.

8. The Vouchers can only be used to purchase selected regular-priced items (excluding accessories, socks, special edition items and selected ranges of products).

9. The Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, staff discount, adiclub offers and other electronic or printed cash coupons/discount coupons or electronic promotional codes (unless otherwise stated).

10. Only one Voucher may be used per transaction and the Vouchers can be used once only. In the event of any cancelled transactions or refunds, any redeemed Voucher cannot be reused or returned.

11. No exchange and refund are allowed for all items purchased by using the Vouchers unless the product meets the conditions for return / exchange due to quality issues.

12. The Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the adiclub member to whom they were issued. Sharing or transferring the Vouchers to other members is prohibited.

13. In the event of any technical issues which prevent the use of the Vouchers, members should contact adidas customer service for assistance. adidas is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures causing the inability to use the Vouchers.

14. The Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part.

15. The Vouchers will not be reissued if lost or stolen.

16. The Vouchers cannot be used to purchase products for resale. adidas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if any suspected resale activities are found.

17. The Vouchers are subject to the adiClub Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use and Terms of Sale of the adidas Official Online Store. In case of any inconsistencies, the terms of these terms and conditions shall prevail.

18. adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

19. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

20. In case of any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.

21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
