Terms & Conditions:

1. From 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both days inclusive), customers can enjoy a HKD300 discount upon a minimum net purchase of HKD 1,000 on selected regular-priced products at the official online store of adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”) at https://www.adidas.com.hk (“Online Store”) by entering promo code 【HSBC300】.

2. This promotion applies to spending on a single order only and is not applicable to accumulated purchases from multiple orders.

3. This promotion is limited to the first 10,000 eligible transactions on the Online Store during the promotion period. This promotion will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while quotas last.

4. This promotion is only applicable to selected regular-priced at the Online Store and excludes special and limited-edition products and selected ranges of products. 

5. No exchange or refund is allowed for all products purchased under this offer unless the product meets the conditions for “return / exchange with quality issues” as specified in the Online Store.

6. If (i) a refund is requested due to quality issues with any purchased product, and (ii) the defective product was purchased together with other item(s) to meet the minimum spending threshold for this promotion, adidas reserves the right to deduct from the refund an amount equivalent to the difference between the original price of the remaining item(s) and the actual amount paid for them under the promotion. If this amount exceeds the original price of the defective product, no refund will be issued; however, the customer may request a product exchange.

7. This promotion is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the Online Store (including its privacy policy), and unless otherwise specified, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, including but not limited to staff discount, adiClub offers and/or other e-coupons/promotional codes.

8. adidas shall not be liable for any technical issues, system failures, or other interruptions that may affect the redemption of this promotion.

9. This promotion cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part.

10. This promotion cannot be used to purchase products for resale. adidas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if any suspected resale activities are found.

11. adidas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

12. In case of any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.

13. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Hong Kong law.
