adidas 10.1 Golden Week Bonus Points Offer Promotion

 

Terms & Conditions：

  1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, from 1 Oct 2026 until 11 Oct 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), adiClub members (“Members”) who purchases designated amounts at the adidas Hong Kong official online store at https://www.adidas.com.hk, and adidas APP available in Hong Kong (together, the “adidas HK Online Store”) in a Single Eligible Transaction (see definition in paragraph 3 below) will obtain the specified bonus points under the relevant order (“Promotion”).

  2. The Promotion is offered by adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”).

  3. To participate in this Promotion, Members must log in to their adiClub membership account before completing checkout.

  4. “Single Eligible Transaction” means single retail purchase transaction with full settlement at adidas Online Store of net transaction amount of at least HK$1,000 or above during the Promotion Period. Net transaction amount is the net transaction amount actually paid after deducting product discounts, promotional discounts, vouchers and other price reductions. For the avoidance of doubt, any transaction which is subsequently cancelled, returned or refunded, whether in whole or in part, shall not constitute a Single Eligible Transaction.

  5. Each Member may get maximum 10,000 Bonus Points only during the Promotion Period, and all Bonus Points will be credited by 20 Oct 2026.

  6. Any amount less than HK$1 will not be converted into Member Points.

  7. Bonus Points earned under this Promotion will not count towards the upgrading of a Member’s adiClub membership level.

  8. Any return or refund of products purchased under this Promotion shall be subject to adidas’ applicable return/ exchange policy (please see https://www.adidas.com.hk/en/returns.html). If any transaction is subsequently cancelled, returned or refunded, whether in whole or in part, the Member will not be eligible for any Bonus Points. 

  9. adidas reserves the right to disqualify any Member suspected of using dishonest methods, bots, or fake accounts to participate in the Promotion.

  10. The Bonus Points awarded under this Promotion have no cash value; are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part; and may not be sold, purchased, assigned or transferred to any other adiClub account.

  11. This Promotion applies to purchases made via the adidas HK Online Store only, and does not apply to purchases made at any other sales channel.

  12. This Promotion applies to spending in a single transaction only and is not applicable to accumulated transactions.

  13. adidas reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Promotion, or to suspend, withdraw or terminate the Promotion, without prior notice.

  14. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  15. In case of any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.

  16. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is subject to the general terms and conditions of the adidas HK Online Store

  17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

 

Free adidas TERREX Coffee Set Promotion

From 00:00 on 1 October 2026 to 23:59 on 11 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”), the top 10 adiClub Members with the highest accumulated Qualifying Net Spending (see definition in paragraph 3 below) at the online store of adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”) at https://www.adidas.com.hk and adidas APP available in Hong Kong  (together, the “adidas HK Online Store”) will be gifted with an adidas TERREX Coffee Set (“Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions below:

Terms & Conditions：

  1. The Promotion is only available to adiClub members whose membership is valid and existing immediately before the Promotion Period and new adiClub members who joined adiClub during the Promotion Period (collectively, “Members”). Each customer (regardless the number of adiClub account holding) may only participate in this Promotion once during the Promotion Period.

  2. The Promotion is only applicable to purchases made at the adidas Online Store.

  3. “Qualifying Net Spending” means the total net amount paid for eligible products in successful orders placed through the adidas Online Store during the Promotion Period, after deducting product discounts, promotional discounts, vouchers and other price reductions. For the avoidance of doubt, cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid or otherwise invalid orders will be excluded from the calculation of Qualifying Net Spending.

  4. To participate in the Promotion, Members must log in to their adiClub membership account when purchasing at the adidas HK Online Store. The top 10 Members with the highest Qualifying Net Spending  during the Promotion Period will be the winners of the Promotion (“Winner”). 

  5. The Winners will be notified by adidas via the email and/or phone number (if any) registered to their respective adiClub account by 29 October 2026. 

  6. The adidas TERREX Coffee Set is not transferrable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in form of cash rebate, credit, alternative products or any other rewards. 

  7. If the Winners do not respond to notification email send by adidas within [7 days] from the date to which the notification email is issued, the Winners shall be regarded as having withdrawn from the Promotion and forfeited the right to claim the adidas TERREX Coffee Set.

  8. The Winners must follow the instructions contained in the notification email in order to successfully redeem the adidas TERREX Coffee Set. 

  9. Any return or refund of products purchased under this Promotion shall be subject to adidas’ applicable return/ exchange policy (please see https://www.adidas.com.hk/en/returns.html).  If any transaction is cancelled, returned, or refunded, such amount shall not be counted towards the Qualifying Net Spending for this Promotion. If the products purchased under this Promotion is returned or refunded such that the Winner is no longer the top 10 Members with the highest Qualifying Net Spending, upon adidas’ request, he/she must return the adidas TERREX Coffee Set to adidas in its original and unused condition. If the adidas TERREX Coffee Set is not returned in its original and unused condition, adidas reserves the right to deduct the full value of the adidas TERREX Coffee Set set at HK$1,099 from the relevant refund amount. 

  10. To the largest extent permissible by law, adidas shall not be responsible or liable to any Members for any liability, loss or damages incurred or suffered in connection with the receipt or use of the adidas TERREX Coffee Set. 

  11. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is subject to the general terms and conditions of the adidas HK Online Store and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions (except the adidas 10.1 Golden Week Bonus Points Offer Promotion), staff discount, adiClub offers and/or other e-coupons/promotional codes.

  12. adidas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

  13. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  14. In case of any disputes, adidas reserves the right of final decision.
